Cancellation Policy - Real-Life Xcap

The customer can cancel the booking free of charge until 48 hours before the reservation.

Cancellation must be made by email to info@reallifexcape.com.

If on the date the customer and participants are not showing up, any amounts already paid will not refund .

If the customer wants to reschedule the booking within 48 hours, a rebooking fee of €25 will be charged and the rescheduled reservation cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Amounts already paid will not be refunded if cancellation within 48 hours before the time of the appointment.
